There are so many movies out there. Everyday we hear about a new movie release. There’s also movies that we’ve never heard of. I want to share my top 10 favorite movies of all time.
- Panic Room (2002)
Panic Room is about a newly divorced mother and her daughter being trapped in their hidden chamber as a sanctuary in the event of a break-in. However the whole time the mother and daughter are playing a cat-and-mouse game with the intruders because what they’re after is in the panic room.
- Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010)
The Lightning Thief is based on the book written by Rick Riordan. The film is about an accident-prone boy that finds out he is the son of the Greek God, Poseidon. Percy goes to a training ground for children of deities and learns to harness his divine powers. Percy must prevent a feud among the Olympians from erupting into a devastating war on Earth and rescue his mother from the clutches of Hades, God of the underworld.
- The Lovely Bones (2009)
Susie Salmon is a 14-year-old girl that was brutally murdered watches over her grief-stricken family and killer. As she observes her family and killers lives she must balance her thirst for revenge and also her desire for her family’s healing.
- Walk The Line (2005)
The uprising of the country music legend, Johnny Cash, beginning with him growing up on the family farm. Cash found himself in Memphis with his wife, Vivian, when he discovers his sound. While on tour June Carter and Cash grow more and more fond of each other but his volatile lifestyle threatens their relationship together.
- Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets (2002)
It is Harry’s second year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry and he’s already got a few friends. Harry and his friends must discover a dark force terrorizing their school after the chamber of secrets (created by Salazar Slytherin) was reopened.
- Remember Me (2010)
Tyler has had a strained relationship with his father since a family tragedy. He is rebellious and troubled, believing no one could ever understand his pain, until he meets Ally. She has warmth and spirit that begins to heal Tyler and they fall in love. Violet, Klaus, and Sunny Baudelaire are left orphaned by a fire in their mansion. They are sent of to their distant relative, Count Olaf. Olaf, however, is a cruel, scheming man only after the inheritance the eldest, Violet Baudelaire, is set to receive. They escape and find shelter with their Uncle Monty and, subsequently, their phobic Aunt Josephine, but Olaf is never very far behind with a new scheme.
