This past week Lafayette’s very own Junior Danielle Schneller competed in the MEC championship tournament. This number one Varsity tennis player placed third place out of 8 teams and several other top players in the area. This talented young woman has been in the number one spot for two years now and has overcome some tough losses. She faced a tough loss to central during the Lafayette tournament and coming out in second place and then sixth place in the Cameron tournament. Districts are coming up this Thursday and it would be phenomenal if she could get some support from her Lafayette family and friends. From all of us at Lafayette, good luck Danielle Schneller and let there many more challenges on the court that you can overcome and come out on top of.
